Our well-established law firm is looking for a full-time Medical Debt Collector. Prior office and/or telephone experience (including prior debt collection) is preferred but is not required. We are willing to train a qualified applicant to become a Medical Debt Collector. Asuccessful applicant is one who is self-motivated and goal oriented.

We are located south of Kendall Drive near the Miami Executive Airport and Lexus of West Kendall Dealership.

Job responsibilities are included below; however, we will train you on everything you need to know to be successful in our firm.

Responsibilities:

· Call and send letters to debtors to collect on unpaid accounts

· Enter computer notes and keep accurate records of work performed

· Accept payments and/or set up payment plans

· Calendar accounts for appropriate follow-up

· Review medical charts for information on services provided

Qualifications:

· Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Bilingual preferred
